Save Our Nature is one of the cornerstone initiatives of Towards Future, reflecting our commitment to fostering environmental stewardship within our community. This program is intricately woven into our educational curriculum, underscoring the significance of maintaining a healthy environment for the well-being of future generations.

As part of our ongoing efforts, we organize an annual plantation program that aims to involve both children and community members in hands-on environmental conservation activities. This year, our plantation program was executed in two phases, with the invaluable collaboration of Ambuja Neotia, New-Town Rajarhat Kolkata Development Authority, and the residents of the NewTown Rajarhat area.

Our mission extends beyond the act of planting trees; we aspire to educate and inspire participants to recognize their potential contributions to preserving and enhancing our natural surroundings. By actively engaging children and the broader community, we aim to instill a sense of responsibility and connection to nature, fostering a culture of environmental awareness and action.

The first phase of the plantation program took place on June 22nd, followed by the second phase on July 6th. Over these two phases, we successfully planted more than 300 trees, marking a significant step towards our goal of creating a greener, healthier environment. Each tree planted symbolizes our collective effort to nurture nature, providing tangible benefits such as improved air quality, enhanced biodiversity, and a more resilient ecosystem.

Through initiatives like Save Our Nature, we hope to lay the foundation for a sustainable future, where every member of the community understands and values their role in environmental conservation. Together, we can build a legacy of green, thriving spaces that support the health and well-being of future generations.
